Maintenance Supervisor
Basic qualifications:
-BSC in Engineering (Mechatronics is preferable, Mechanical or Electrical)
-Minimum 1-2 years of maintenance experience in Pharmaceutical, FMCG or Food Industry
-Very Good computer skills
-Excellent Interpersonal Skills & Communications Skills.
-Good Planning and coordination Skills.
-Good Conflict management.
-Excellent Problem Solving and decision making.
-Awareness of good manufacturing standards and EHS Standards.
-Excellent command of English language.

Details:
Major Responsibilities Include:
-Review the maintenance plans for all equipment & ensure implementation.
-Review and responding to breakdowns and diagnosing faults.
-Reporting and eliminating repetitive equipment failures.
-Supervise maintenance work orders implementation.
-Review job orders to determine work priorities. -Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production and supply.
-Perform in co-operation with Maintenance planning critical device assessments.
-Reviews production and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance programs.
-Responsible for spare parts management system and perform required assessments, categorization and ordering for different facility equipment spare parts.
-Assessing required skills required for maintenance personnel.
-Reporting safety hazards associated with maintenance of equipment.
-Purchasing electrical and mechanical spare parts from local market.
-Issue Purchase orders with the required spare parts.
-Ensure the use of Continuous Improvement Frame work in the area.
-Prepare training schedule for all employees' workers & group leaders and follow-up to complete the schedule.
-Conduct on Job Training for technicians
-Perform Departmental Machinery Risk Assessment.
-Ensure that EHS requirements (based on risk assessment) for all products and machines are
adequately covered.
-Immediate accident reporting and lead investigation and CAPA implementation.
-Ensure all safety measures are followed, PPE are adequately used, support living safety,
respiratory free & zero access programs.
