Key Role Responsibilities:
• Handling and responding to all customers enquires through coordination with other departments.
• explaining, simplifying and showing advantages of products.
• assisting customers in selecting suitable products in accordance with EFSA regulations and restrictions.
• Handling customers' complaints and maintaining good company image.
• Provide detailed periodically reporting.
• Ensure proper follow up for sales leads.
Personal Specification:
Knowledge of the Mortgage Finance industry is a must
