NEWGIZA is now hiring Business Development Associate
3-5 years of Experience
•Propose internal procedure enhancement for commercial efficiency and effectiveness.
•Identify new business opportunities for the commercial department.
•Coordinate with the role of Clients Relationship Manager to support customer experience standards.
•Manage and coordinate CRM system or the like applications errors, bugs and sales enquiries & Cascade the CRM know how and knowledge through setting up the required trainings and creating the manuals for sales support.
•On-boarding new users to the CRM system, creating accounts, training and on-the-job coaching.
•Run and validate reports from the CRM ensuing its accuracy, consistency and timeliness to support CD decision making.
•Support and sports club sales team to create forms, communication and pricing as well as the ongoing development of the NGSC CRM.
•Coordinating with Marketing team and OPS to receive latest updates online & printed sales material.
•Coordinating with sales help desk to sort out all printed material and have them present at NEWGIZA sales center
