Job Description:
Leading contract negotiations, driving cost savings initiatives, and implementing strategic sourcing best practices.
Researching and identifying new products and suppliers, assessing tenders from potential suppliers and negotiating prices and approving contracts
Following up on purchase requirements in addition to the purchasing plan of TMG Group.
Direct and control all purchasing processes and activities to ensure smooth delivery
Follow up with financial department on the supplier's payments issuance.
Implementing policies and procedures for purchasing processes and ensure they are consistent with TMG Group's business objectives.
Review and evaluate specification for issuing and awarding bids.
Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities.
Producing reports and statistics using computer software.
Monitoring and forecasting stock levels.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
5+ years of experience in the field of purchasing.
Experience in reading and analyzing technical specifications and making comparisons.
