Controller

JOB PURPOSE:

Main Responsibilities is controlling the companies operating expenses.

Analyzing the Actual expenses & variance vs. Budget.

Preparation of the yearly budget & Trends.

Responsible for Pricing and Commercial Conditions Assessment and Approval

Reporting & BU Controlling

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

Business unit controller:

Monitor operational tasks with other Controllers:

Supervise E-Buy and AED√

Check all product related expenses for budget sufficiency

Assign related cost center and account for the expenses

Follow actual monthly year to date, MAT and year to go sales:

Sales achievement vs. budget and prior year,

Price, volume and mix bridges.

Analyze actual, budget and trend P&L:

Monthly reporting on actual expenses vs. budget and trends.

Actual product contribution vs. budget and trends,

Preparing company's yearly budget of expenses for both local expenses and budget of management allocation

Sending the cost centers' budgets to the department heads for amendments, comments & approval.

Uploading the final versions on the SAP.

Amend the Assessment & Distribution cycles on SAP in alignment with the New Year requirements.
