(Flight Reservation Agent ) and (Flight Customer Service) are required for a well known travel agency located in Cairo (Heliopolis Area)
Job Requirements
1. Advanced Amadeus system knowledge is a MUST with Min. 03 years experience
2. Maximum age :30 (Male or Female)
3. V.Good command of English language (spoken and written).
4. V.Good communication skills.
5. Experience in the call center field.
6. Experience in the flight field.
7. Able to work under pressure.
8. Strong computer and written skills.
9. Negotiation skills.
