Assists in Executing the sales plan and provide assistant to the sales team
1. Fulfills general office duties such completing requisitions/purchase orders, expense reports, check request, day-to-day administrative duties for the sales team.
2. Assists the Sales team as tasks arise.
3. Provides a variety of support services to support sales representatives improve their productivity and spend more time selling.
4. Coordinates between Adilease and ADIB in the TRI-Partite & GAF cases.
5. Responds to requests from customers for information, quotes, proposals, and also related information as required.
6. Effectively communicates with various departments on a daily basis.
7. And any other Assigned tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
University/College Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or other relevant degree
1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position in investment /leasing /banking, or other related financial areas.
Job specific Skills:
Good understanding of economic conditions, investment banking regulations and Islamic banking systems implementations
Good Communication, Negotiation & Marketing skills
Generic Skills
Excellent presentation abilities
Excellent command of English language.
Strong computer skills
