Job description

  • Takes care of answering complex queries and transactions related to OM, PA, TA & PY which could not be solved by the Tier1
  • Responsible for the HR operations processes in scope and make sure that it is updated on Nimbus in-addition to work instructions, highlight any deviation
  • Responsible to escalate requests that cannot be resolved directly to the Global system support organization.
  • Provides trainings to Tier 1 in order to increase the first contact resolution rate
  • To guide and become the second reference point for (Tier1) for HR processes and SAP related queries
  • Responsible to manage user access requests on GRC tool and support required documentation process. (deputy role owner)
  • Responsible to ensure compliance in line with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and other relevant legislation
  • Responsible for reviewing PA & OM transactions (hires, leavers, promotions, HR letters etc…) processed by Tier 1 before unlock for payroll payment applying 4 eye principle
  • Responsible for payroll transactional data upload in timely & accurately delivered on HR core system to support in payroll payment
  • Provides data completeness, integrity and accuracy analytics and KPIs (generation & fol-lowing up on OM & PA audits reports) to ensure high quality
  • Act as a true team player, working in partnership with all colleagues in the Shared Service Center.
  • Pro-actively communicate with stakeholders where needed and manage expectations as a consultancy role for all ePMP, position management and First port trainings
  • Contribute to projects in scope for Tier 2
  • Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor degree in HR & Good understanding of Novartis global HRIS process( for internal NVS staff only
  • Excellent English spoken and written
  • Arabic language
  • Strong Knowledge of SAP system (PA , OM , TA & PY) as end user
  • Strong knowledge of HR process
  • Experience in managing complex system landscapes and interfaces
  • Experience in Global company and Shared Services environment preferred
  • Multiple Country HR regulation knowledge would be added advantage
