Job description
Takes care of answering complex queries and transactions related to OM, PA, TA & PY which could not be solved by the Tier1Responsible for the HR operations processes in scope and make sure that it is updated on Nimbus in-addition to work instructions, highlight any deviationResponsible to escalate requests that cannot be resolved directly to the Global system support organization.Provides trainings to Tier 1 in order to increase the first contact resolution rateTo guide and become the second reference point for (Tier1) for HR processes and SAP related queriesResponsible to manage user access requests on GRC tool and support required documentation process. (deputy role owner)Responsible to ensure compliance in line with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and other relevant legislationResponsible for reviewing PA & OM transactions (hires, leavers, promotions, HR letters etc…) processed by Tier 1 before unlock for payroll payment applying 4 eye principleResponsible for payroll transactional data upload in timely & accurately delivered on HR core system to support in payroll paymentProvides data completeness, integrity and accuracy analytics and KPIs (generation & fol-lowing up on OM & PA audits reports) to ensure high qualityAct as a true team player, working in partnership with all colleagues in the Shared Service Center.Pro-actively communicate with stakeholders where needed and manage expectations as a consultancy role for all ePMP, position management and First port trainingsContribute to projects in scope for Tier 2Bachelor degree in HR & Good understanding of Novartis global HRIS process( for internal NVS staff onlyExcellent English spoken and writtenArabic languageStrong Knowledge of SAP system (PA , OM , TA & PY) as end userStrong knowledge of HR processExperience in managing complex system landscapes and interfacesExperience in Global company and Shared Services environment preferredMultiple Country HR regulation knowledge would be added advantage
