Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
Job description
• Handle and solve the common application problems and bugs.
• Administrate applications and conduct on the job training to level one support.
• Check the integrity of the daily operations of the core banking system.
• IN-house customization for core banking and other systems.
• Deploy the changes which have been done by vendors and test it to ensure that it is functioning as per the agreed upon requirement.
• Manage the integration between interfaces and the core banking system.
• Provide the requested reports for CBE and bank unites.
• Route new unsolved bugs to the external vendors and follow-up with them until closure.
• UAT Test planning (Scope, duration) /UAT support for user.
