Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

About The Job:
Your job responsibilities will be including & not limited to:
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
• Support marketing team in organizing various projects; general administrative support to the department
• Gathering marketing literature and compiling in basic marketing materials in PowerPoint presentations, brochures, press releases to augment the company's presence in the market
• Coordinate together with Customer Service team re consumer surveys and rating reports/ questionnaires
• Exercise marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with financial and non-financial information
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
• Gather, coordinate and post online content on the company's website
• Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
About You:
As a Marketing Coordinator; you need to have the following Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
• Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor degree of Commerce, business administration or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination capacity.
• Job-Specific Skills: High Organizational skills, strong knowledge of MS office, ability to learn. Adobe InDesign experience is a plus
• Behavioural Competencies: Ability to communicate with various people, to manage simultaneous jobs, to set priorities with high trouble shooting capability and working under pressure.
