Vacancy : HR Function Specialist
Tasks:
Conduct the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for Egypt & the Cluster for White and Blue Colors based on the development needs extracted from Performance Appraisals.
Support in the development of a yearly training plan and training calendar.
Responsible to launch ABB Global Training Programs (MDP, Finance for Non-Finance, etc…) & Assessments (e.g. FCA, LCA, etc…) for potential employees.
Participate in the design of training courses and programs necessary to meet individual training needs, or manage this activity via external providers.
Participate in designing Internal Training Material to deliver Soft Skills for Blue Collars
Participate in identifying and registering external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards.
Provide customer (process & technical) support regarding the day-to-day activities in the Talent Management System as it relates to ensuring continuous operation for all users.
Organize orientation and HR Induction sessions.
Provide any kind of reports and support regarding ABB Talent Management tools including (Performance Development Appraisal, succession plan, Functional Competency assessment, Retention Management reports, etc…) to support the Business.
Support in preparation & delivering some necessary awareness sessions for employees in coordination with HR Business Partner (Performance Development Appraisal sessions, Talent Management Roadshows, e-rec tool, ABB values communication, etc…)
Deliver the monthly dashboard report
Participate in several training activities like (ITC program, Ain Shams Scholarship Program, etc…)
Support in finalizing some TM remediation's
Assist in the development of the Learning & Development processes, policies and communications.
Assist in the Performance Management and Succession Plan processes, including yearly reviews and mid-year reviews.
Responsible to handle all administrative and financial issues related Learning & Development & Talent Management
Requirements:
Ideally you'll hold Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration has fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is a must.
0-3 years of HR experience, with Learning & Development exposure in Egypt and Africa.
Desire to keep up to date regarding business and industry trends and implications
Understanding of succession planning programs and methodologies
Knowledge of local legislation regarding Training
